Notes: The board consists of the Chief Justice; the Presidents of the Court of Appeal, High Court, Circuit Court and District Court; a judge of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Circuit Court and District Court; the CEO of the Courts Service; a practising barrister nominated by the Bar Council, a practising solicitor nominated by the Law Society; a member of the staff of the Courts Service elected by the members of the staff; an officer of the Minister nominated by the Minister; a person nominated by the Minister to represent consumers of the services provided by the courts; a person nominated by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions; and a person who, in the Minister's opinion, has relevant knowledge and experience in commerce, finance or administration.
