Nótaí: Under the Act, the Board shall consist of at least 5 and not more than 9 directors (including its chairperson and the chief executive officer); the Chief Executive Officer is an ex officio Director. The Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 provided for the integration of Ervia into Gas Networks Ireland and it provided a primary legislative basis for appointments to the GNI Board.
